Make those creative juices really flow.
If you have never experienced a creativity block, its either you are not passionate enough about your work or you are okay with copying others.
There are some days you will find yourself staring at the blank page on your screen for hours without knowing what to do, or find yourself of a good post to write on your social media- that’s creativity block and we’ve all experienced it at some point.

“ When you feel stymied, stuck or frantic, remind yourself, this is the result of having too many good ideas – even if it feels like you have no good ideas at all.”
– Julia Cameron
As a creative professional, lack of creativity can really hurt my career. But I’m a human being just like you, and we are not robots, ideas just don’t come straightaway every time. Sometimes we have to create a conducive environment to spark our imagination.
Personally, I get all my best ideas in the shower, Some people while on a long drive, some prefer to talk a walk on the beach, others may take a nap, and some may even cry (Yes, I have seen many). Well, the point is everyone is inspired differently.
One of the easiest ways to keep your mind and body healthy is through eating foods that will boost your creative power. Science has proven that you can stop that creativity slump through certain foods such as fruits and nuts.
Give some of these healthy foods a try. Check out the info graphic that Creative market has put together below.
Now even though they are scientifically proven, make sure you get the right dosage to unleash that brainpower. You shouldn’t be eating lots of dark chocolate bars or binge on alcohol (well, its your decision anyways)
Here is a fun fact; amazing writers such as Ernest Hemingway (Nobel Prize for literature 1954) and Edgar Allen Poe (record price paid for a copy of American literature at $662,500 on December 2009) were alcoholics….
but also died from that, so drink responsibly.
